Campaigns
Every message you send from DartPro, or through the API, becomes a campaign. Campaigns is where you follow its progress, check delivery and download reports.
Open Campaigns
Click Campaigns in the left sidebar. Your campaigns are listed newest first.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Sender | The sender ID the message was sent with |
| Text | The message |
| Channel | platform if it was sent from DartPro, api if it was sent through the API |
| Sent To | How many recipients have been processed, out of the total, for example 980 of 1,000 |
| Sent At | When the message was sent |
Click a campaign to open its report. On small screens, click View Details. See How do I Read a Campaign Report?.
💡 Scheduled messages
Scheduled messages appear in Campaigns once they start sending. Until then, find them under Schedules.
Find a Campaign
- Click Filter.
- Narrow the list with any of these:
- Sender: one of your approved sender IDs.
- Channel: platform or api.
- Message: words from the message.
- Min Recipients and Max Recipients: the campaign's size.
- From and To: the dates it was sent.
- Click Clear Filters to see everything again.
Complete a Stalled Broadcast
If a campaign's Sent To count stays below the total long after sending, you can ask DartPro to finish it.
- On the Campaigns list, tick the campaigns to complete.
- Click Complete Broadcast.
- Follow the progress, for example 2 of 3 sent, and the summary when it's done:
| Result | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Completed | DartPro resumed sending to the recipients who hadn't been sent yet |
| Already Sent | Every recipient was already processed, so nothing needed doing |
| Ignored | The campaign is still processing. Try again in 5 minutes |
| Failed | The request didn't go through. Try again later |
