How do I Read a Campaign Report?

A campaign report shows how one message performed: who it went to, what it cost, and whether each recipient received it.

Open a Report

  1. Click Campaigns in the left sidebar.
  2. Click the campaign. The Campaign Report opens.

To go back to the list, click Back to Campaigns.

The Summary

The top of the report shows the sender ID and when the message was sent, in West Africa Time (WAT), followed by:

ItemWhat it shows
RecipientsHow many numbers the message went to
CostThe total charged for the campaign
PagesHow many segments each message used
ChannelA2P for a sender name, P2P for a phone number sender
TypeBASIC (to individuals or from a template), GROUP, FILE or TEMPLATE_PERSONAL (a personalized template)
CONTENTThe message text and the campaign's reference. Click Copy to copy the reference
DELIVERYHow many recipients have each delivery status
NETWORKSHow many recipients are on each mobile network

Two buttons sit at the top:

Campaign Progress

While a campaign is still sending, Campaign Progress shows the percentage of recipients processed so far. Click Refresh Status to reload the report with the latest figures.

Delivery statuses keep updating after sending finishes, because networks can take up to 24 hours to confirm delivery.

💡 Test mode campaigns

Campaigns sent while your account was in Test mode show You were not billed. Their statuses and charges are for demonstration only. See How do Test and Live Modes Work?.

The Recipients List

Each row is one recipient:
