How do I Use Drafts?
DartPro saves your messages as drafts while you compose, so you can leave and come back without losing your work.
How Drafts Are Saved
Drafts are saved automatically about every 30 seconds. There's no save button.
| Compose screen | Saving starts once you've added |
|---|---|
| To Individuals | Recipients or message text |
| To Groups | A group or message text |
| To File Contacts | A file or message text |
| From Template | Drafts aren't saved |
A draft keeps the sender ID, the message and the recipients: the numbers, the selected groups or the uploaded file.
Continue a Draft
- Click Drafts in the left sidebar.
- Find the draft. Use Filter Drafts to search by sender name, message or recipient.
- Click Continue Composing.
The matching compose screen opens with your draft filled in. Finish the message and send it as usual.
Delete Drafts
- On the Drafts page, select the drafts you want to remove.
- Delete them and confirm.
DartPro shows Drafts Deleted.
Things to Know
- Sending removes the draft. A draft saved while you composed is removed when you send the message.
- Reopened drafts stay. A draft you reopened with Continue Composing stays in Drafts after you send it. Delete it yourself when you no longer need it.
