How do I Send from a Template? β
Send a saved template to one phone number and type in its variables. It's the quickest way to send messages you write often, such as payment confirmations or appointment reminders.
Send from a Template β
Open the Compose Screen
- In DartPro, click Compose SMS and choose From Template.
Enter the Recipient
- Type the phone number in Enter mobile number.
Pick a Template
- Choose one in Select Template. To make a new one, click Create New Template.
Fill In the Variables
- Under Template Variables, enter a value for each placeholder in the template.
- The Message Preview shows the finished message as you type.
Choose a Sender ID
- Pick one in Sender ID.
Send Now or Later
- Keep Send Immediately, or switch to Schedule for Later and choose a Broadcast Time.
Check the Cost and Send
- Review the cost card, then click Send Message, or Schedule Message if you're scheduling.

A variable you don't fill in can be sent as written, for example [amount]. Check the Message Preview before you send.

Things to Know β
- No drafts. Unlike the other compose screens, From Template doesn't save drafts.
- Scheduled billing. Scheduled messages from this screen are charged according to your Scheduled Message Billing setting. See How is Message Cost Calculated?.
