How do I Add Videos to Catchup?
Catchup isn't only for recorded live broadcasts. You can also add videos from your Media Library, and broadcasts from your schedule. None of these use extra storage: Catchup plays the video you already have.
Add a Video from the Media Library
- In the Media Library, click the video to open its preview.
- Under Actions, click Add to Catchup.
- In Add to Catchup, fill in:
- Title in Catchup: leave blank to use the video's name.
- Description: leave blank to use the video's description.
- Show as aired on: starts as now. Catchup is sorted by air time, so set an earlier date to place the entry among older broadcasts. It only affects where the entry appears in the list.
- Click Add to Catchup. Cecula Stream confirms Added to Catchup.
The button then shows Already in Catchup. Each video can have one entry.

Add Scheduled Broadcasts Automatically
When you schedule a video, tick Add to Catchup (Promote this show to recordings after it ends). When the broadcast finishes, it's added to Catchup with the video's name and description, dated to when it aired. See How do I Schedule a Broadcast?.
Push a Finished Broadcast to Catchup
If you didn't tick Add to Catchup when scheduling:
- In the channel menu, click Schedule.
- On the finished broadcast, click the Push to Catchup button. Point to the broadcast's icons to find it.
Cecula Stream confirms Show pushed to catchup list successfully. A broadcast that's already in Catchup is marked ALREADY IN CATCHUP.

If Auto-Cleanup is on in Settings, finished broadcasts are removed from the schedule, so there's nothing to push. Tick Add to Catchup when you schedule instead. See Auto-Cleanup.
Change or Remove an Entry
- To change an entry's title, description or air time, see Edit Recording Details.
- To remove an entry, delete it in Catchup. The video stays in your Media Library. See Delete a Recording.
